Send a quote for signature

Issues a quote revision (snapshot + rendered PDF) and moves the quote to sent, returning it with the signing_url for the customer to review and sign. Requires draft, rejected or pending_approval. An amendment or renewal quote that is not issued yet, for example one that waited for approval, is issued with a signing link and no invitation; its signer fields are not used. Omit signer_email to send no invitation and share the link yourself. When issuing needs approval, the call fails with the pending approval flow and the quote is not issued until that approval completes; repeating the call meanwhile returns the same pending flow. The error’s approval object names that flow (approval.flow_id) and why the call was refused (approval.reason, such as approval_pending), and the quote’s approval reports the same flow.
