# Signing Quotes

> Review how your customer can view and sign quotes

<Steps>
  <Step title="Receiving Email/Shared Link">
    The customer will be able to receive an invitation via email or shared link in order to review it and sign it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Quote Review">
    In the next screen, you'll be prompted to send the quote for review and signature.

    * **Email Address**: Verify the email address where the quote will be sent.
    * **Copy Link**: You can also copy the unique link and share it with the customer directly if preferred.

  <Step title="Accepting and Signing Quote">
    The customer will receive the quote via email or link. They can review all the details, including subscription terms, pricing, and billing intervals.

    * **Name**: The name of the signatory.
    * **Email**: The email of the signatory where the confirmation will be sent.
    * **Title**: The title of the signatory.
    * **Date**: The signature date.

  <Step title="Signed Quote">
    Once the customer signs the following events will be triggered:

    * An email to the customer that the deal has been signed.
    * An email to you that the customer has signed.
    * Ability to download a signed PDF.
    * Ability to activate the quote and turn into subscription.
